Crisis Preparedness & Response

ISOG provides advisory services to help our clients develop effective strategies for crisis management which ranges from organisational preparedness to prevention, response and recovery planning. This also includes detailed planning for a number of potential crises, such as terrorist incidents, kidnapping, made-made and natural emergencies among others. The ISO Group is closely involved in supporting its clients to implement their crisis management strategy, which involves exercising, provision of specific threat and risk assessments, and logistical support such as advising, security protection and emergency evacuation. Our command and control capability is world class, with a 24-7 control centre from which we are able to manage any deployment as well as our rapid response capabilities which are tested in a range of crises, both natural and man made, nationally and internationally.

Critical Infrastructure Protection

The ISOG Group supports its clients - both Governments and corporations to secure their critical infrastructure against targeted and untargeted threats. We help identify key vulnerabilities in light of situational risks, identify security solutions for physical assets, including technology-based products and services. ISOG can also implement strategic security operations for the protection of the Critical Infrastructure against sabotage and acts of Terrorism.

Post-conflict Support

The ISO Group is active in a number of critical areas in response to disasters and in post-conflict situations, including implementing a rapid response capability involving the utilisation of our Special Operations Unit for assistance. In response to the Bali Bombings, ISOG immediately deployed Special Operations Units to assist in the evacuating of Australian citizens back to Australia as well as assisting Australian Law Enforcement and military personnel with their operations. Our response capability is unparalleled in the industry, which we have effectively used to serve our corporate clients in a targeted fashion. We have advised a number of governments on improving their security sector capability, including effective integration of domestic security and defence capabilities.

International Security Support

The ISO Group can provide elite security support to nominated countries when additional specialist Special Operations personnel are required. ISOG support can assist in major situations from providing Homeland Security, National Security, Border Security, and Counter Terrorism Protection through to Diplomatic Security to assisting in military support involving civil unrest situations.

Security Strategy & Services

The ISO Group works with government and corporate clients to reduce their security risks. This includes support in defining a stability and security strategy based on specific short and long term risks, to more detailed technical consulting on threat and risk to facilities (ranging from a building, to industrial parks, to a city or entire country), to managing implementation of security solutions, such as technology solutions for physical assets and armed and unarmed protection.
